Designer Feature: Le Specs

BONDI BEACHLe Specs, relaunched in 2006 from its original establishment in 1979, is making a serious comeback. With 1980s-inspired designs and a host of A-list fans, this is an accessories label to know.

Nurtured on the shores of Bondi Beach, the brand’s approach to design, style, and fashion has carved out a confident and often cheeky brand with an international cult following.

If you’re looking to add idiosyncratic attitude to sharp looks, look no further than its most fab model — second to all Célines — The Last Lolita. A member of the Adam Selman x Le Specs collection, it’s a sleek slimmed-down cat eye style with thick acetate frames, inspired by Sue Lyon in Stanley Kubrick’s film, Lolita.

The Last Lolitas come in a variety of translucent and opaque colours.

The frames are available through retailers including Selfridges, Bergdorf’s, Net-a-Porter, INTERMIX, Nordstrom, and David Jones.
